We are seeking kind, caring and experienced Support Worker's to assist 2 of our lovely young female Participant's requiring support and mentoring in their home, as well as when out and about. These young women will need Team Members willing to build trust and connection.

Our Participant's will need you to assist them with:

- Activities of daily living.
- Community and social engagement.
- All aspects of support physically & emotionally and on an individual needs basis.

To continue providing high quality care, Home Caring require our Support Workers to have:

- A **genuine passion **for working alongside individuals and their families to foster a positive and long-lasting relationship.
- Excellent communication skills and flexibility to support clients needs based on individual circumstances.
- A positive attitude strongly based in compassion and resilience, a sense of humour, and ongoing accountability.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $35.00 per hour
