**About the Role**
Serena Care is seeking a compassionate and reliable **female Support Worker** (participant preference) to assist a middle-aged female participant recovering from a back injury and surgery. The participant requires ongoing rehab support, companionship, and household assistance.

**A full driver’s licence and access to a car are mandatory**, as the participant will need to be transported to appointments.

**Shifts Available**
- **Monday to Thursday**: 7:30 am - 9:30 am & 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm
- **Friday**: 7:30 am - 11:30 am & 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm
- **Saturday**: 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
- _(Additional hours may be available once staff settles in)_

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Follow care routines as directed
- Perform light household tasks (e.g., dusting, kitchen cleaning)
- **Drive participant to appointments (full driving licence & own car required)**

**About You**
- **Female support worker (participant preference)**:

- Experience in disability, rehab, or trauma care (preferred)
- Kind, patient, and supportive approach
- Able to work independently and responsibly
- Hold NDIS Worker Screening & current First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
