**Qualifications & experience**

*A minimum 5 years onsite experiences as a site foreman on home building projects, especially the high end houses.

*Relevant experience with wide breath of knowledge in the home building industry

Ability to meet deadlines

Excellent attention to detail

Strong communication skills with council, authorities, clients, sub-contractors and suppliers.

Strong Problem-solving ability and must be a forward thinker

Team player

Commitment to WHS principles and practices

Well experienced with dealing with council

Current valid driver’s license

**Tasks & responsibilities**

Required to manage multiple sites, approximately 3-4 sites, each site is expected to be finished within 6 months

Ensure the smooth operation of the projects

Order building materials and allocate trades to each site

Ensure timely construction within budget

Communicate with clients, trades and management in a professional manner

Construction of new homes are carried out safely

Inspecting completed projects to ensure a high standard of quality

Reporting to management regarding onsite activity

Negotiating with subcontractors and coordinating onsite works

Identifying and resolving problems throughout the construction process.
