About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Asset Finance Broker Assistant to join our dynamic team In this role, you'll focus on providing excellent customer service, ensuring compliance, and helping support our growing client base. You'll be a key player in assisting our Commercial clients with their Asset Finance lending needs, making a real impact on their success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Coordinate with lenders, solicitors, and other professionals as necessary throughout the process, where required.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and fostering positive relationships.
- Managing time effectively to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborating with a dynamic team to deliver outstanding results.

**Requirements**:
About You:

- You have a friendly, professional phone manner and a passion for customer service.
- Experience in customer-facing or phone-based roles is essential; asset finance experience is highly advantageous.
- You’re eager to learn, grow, and advance your career in the finance industry.
- Time management and organizational skills are your strengths.
- A positive attitude, coachability, and team-oriented mindset are key.
