**About the Role**

The P&C Business Partner is responsible for partnering with their allocated business group to deliver on operational people business priorities to enable a high-performance culture. This position will build and maintain influential business relationships, provide advice within the business and utilise specialist skills and experience of the broader People & Culture teams. The P&C Business Partner will also utilise their experience in managing projects and developing P&C initiatives to support the Director, People & Culture and Director, OD and Performance with critical P&C integration activities as identified in the P&C integration plan

**Key deliverable's of this role include**
- Project Management
- Integrated Planning
- Coach, advise and influence
- Enable business specific solutions
- Workflow, systems and process improvement

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Organisational Design or similar
- Membership of the Australian HR Institute desirable
- Broad generalist HR experience, including providing ER/IR advice and
guiding and supporting managers on all people matters
- Strong systems and process improvement / P&C workflow
improvement experience related to reviewing systems and processes
and implementing cloud based, e-solutions
- Strong understanding of relevant employment legislation
- Ability to present information and data clearly, collaborate with others,
and develop well-constructed communications
- Ability to coordinate information from a variety of sources; identify,
and plan for operational issues and anticipate potential risks
- Strong IT skills and able to demonstrate examples of IT skills that
improve staff experience with P&C
