**The Role**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide timely effective service and follow up as promptly as possible with any client queries and requests.
- Provide claims updates to clients, insurers and the general insurance team as and when required.
- Ensure all claims have a resolution strategy and aim to have all claims and recovery processes finalised as efficiently as possible
- Complete claims progress updates for the Head of Claims & People Risk and/or the Leadership Team.
- Contribute to the continual evolution and streamlining of the team’s internal claims management process.
**Ideally you will have**:
- 1-2+ years in motor claims experience
- Great customer service skills
- A problem solving mentality
- Great team player
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and be driven to succeed
