**The Company**

Due to exponential growth across Australia, one of Kona’s most valued clients is seeking an experienced and well-rounded Claims Consultant to join their national team. Backed by a reputable global insurer, our client has 150 staff nationally across 10 office locations.

**The Role**

Reporting to your State Claims Team Leader, you will have the perfect balance of autonomy and support to truly step into a specialist claims position and make it your own.

Your core responsibility will be to effectively service a range of clientele across the transport sector, working with their intermediatory partners.

As a Motor Claims Consultant, you would be responsible for:

- End to end management of a mixed complexity portfolio across commercial Motor claims for broker-partners only, no direct market
- Prompt attention to claims lodgement to settlement ensuring stages of the process is completed in a timely manner
- Providing a high standard of customer service for clients and service providers
- Undertaking training sessions periodically to ensure technical knowledge is up to date
- Representation of company brand & up-hold of company reputation

**About You**
- 2+ years’ experience within end-to-end motor claims; Domestic and Commercial Motor considered
- Claims experience across other lines also considered
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work within specified timeframes
- High level of integrity and customer service skills
