Mon - Fri with various shifts 7am-3pm/8am-4pm/9am-5pm
- Hybrid work with 50% of your shifts in the office and 50% from home
- Newly renovated offices in West Perth

We are seeking focused and results orientated individuals to join our Motor Claims team. This role is responsible for managing motor claims, whilst delivering exceptional service to our members and third parties.
- Location: 50% of your time is spent in our West Perth offices & 50% Work from home
- Working hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per week
- Hours: Work Monday to Friday and have weekends free You choose your preferred shift of either 7am to 3pm OR 8am - 4pm along with 1 week per month of 9am to 5pm
- Pay: Competitive base salary + super + incentives + RAC product discounts

What’s the role?
- Manage a caseload of claims
- Negotiate liability with other insurers and third parties
- Communicate processes clearly verbally and in writing
- Ensure members understand their claim entitlement and the claim process
- Liaise with external Service Providers and Insurance companies
- Consistently provide service that exceeds member’s expectations
- Effectively manage own caseload within the Code of Practice guidelines
- Identify continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure members receive excellent customer service in every interaction

What are we looking for in you?
- Experience in claims lodgement and knowledge of end to end claims process
- Capable negotiator and problem solver to effectively resolve customer complaints
- Ability to clearly communicate complex processes and decisions to our members
- Handle difficult situations with empathy
- Organisational skills second to none
- Ability to analyse information and make timely commercial decisions
- Work autonomously and with mínimal supervision
- React and adapt positively to change
- Exhibit enthusiasm, self-motivation and team spirit
