**You'll be responsible for**
- Providing superior customer service to motor claimants in a timely manner
- Managing the operational processing of motor fleet claims within commercial motor claims and ensuring all parties are informed throughout the process
- Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a high paced working environment
- Maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders via managing expectations and aiming to provide best possible outcomes for your customers
- Understanding and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and compliance issues

**About you**
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service or contact
- centre role
- Insurance experience would be highly desirable
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
- Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence.
