Work as a hire coordinator for an industry leading leading company that has been operational for 30+ years

**Your new company**
This industry leading organisation has been operating in Australia for over 30 years. They have a small team based in Queanbeyan and due to internal changes to their team, they are seeking a logistics/hire coordinator to join their team.

**Your new role**
You will work closely with the branch manager to ensure clients are satisfied with the services provided. You will liaise with clients to book in jobs and then allocate equipment for them. You will assist with managing the drivers and liaise internally with other areas of the business. You will take phone enquires and process hires, as complete all paperwork associated. You may be required to assist with some manual handling form time to time as well in the yard.

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will excel as the new logistics/hire coordinator by having a passion for a fast paced environment, and attention to detail. You will also have;
- Great customer service skills and strong communication - verbal and written
- The ability to oversee a small team of truck drivers
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- A valid drivers license is essential
