**What You’ll Do**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accuracy and organization in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- Post job openings internally and externally, ensuring alignment with regional and global processes.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires, including documentation and orientation scheduling.
- Support interview training sessions for hiring teams.
- Track and maintain recruiting metrics and dashboards.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Business-level fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, or a related role — preferably supporting technology hiring.
- Proven ability to manage scheduling and logistics across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
- Experience with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Comfort operating in a metrics-driven, fast-moving environment.
