The key responsibility of the role is to manage the end-to-end processing of Accounts Payable for a specific portion of the business sites. General responsibilities on a day-to-day include:

- Coding and data entry of invoices
- Checking data entry of invoices for accuracy
- Filing of invoices and other paperwork for/from payment processing
- Reconciling Travel Cards
- Completing EFT, BPays and International payment runs and other adhoc payments
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Performing End of Month functions
- Liaising with site Administrators.

**The Successful Applicant**:
Additionally, you will ideally have:

- A high level of computer literacy including Excel, with Pronto or Oracle experience viewed favourably.
- The ability to work autonomously as well as contributing to team requirements.
- High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise your workload.
- Experience in both manual and automated environments.

**What's on Offer**:
This role is a temp to perm opportunity, with a start of within the next 2 weeks ideal.

The hourly rate for this role is up to $40/hour + Super, and if converted to permanent then the salary for the right person would be $70-75k + Super. There are also a considerable number of other benefits of permanent employees, including discounts on household name products such as Microsoft, Bupa health products etc.

After the initial training period, there is potential to work one day from home, as well as flexibility on working hours.
