The Customer Experience Advocate acts as the first point of contact for our customers. The role is responsible for assisting and supporting customers with enquiries related to their accounts. The role works within a team of fun, passionate and customer driven employees.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Fielding all inbound calls from customers and providing support
- Managing and updating customer records
- Identifying customer and process improvements
- Contributing to team activities and meetings

**What will you bring to the role?**
- Experience providing support to customers either face to face or via phone
- Drive to see customer matters through to solution and create a great customer experience
- Knowledge in Office 365 Products (Excel, Word, Teams)
- Experience using ticket management and CRM systems
- Experience in a billing and/or administration environment highly regarded but not mandatory
- A ‘Team player’ attitude
