Accounts Payable

Sci-Fleet Motors is a family owned and operated local business that has been servicing South East QLD for over 40 years. Sci-Fleet has grown to be one of the largest organisations within the motor vehicle industry.

Sci-Fleet Motors are looking for a full-time Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance & Admin team at Kedron. This is an excellent entry level opportunity for a dynamic person looking to build a career in accounts payable and increase their administration skills. This is a great opportunity for someone with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn other key functions within the team.

You will be responsible for:

- High volume accounts payable - end to end process (monthly & weekly payment runs)
- Monthly reconciliation of creditor accounts
- Purchase order matching
- Building relationships and liaising with internal & external stakeholders to achieve results
- Running of document and workflow management software (Docuware)
- Database maintenance & data entry
- Accurate record keeping
- General administration tasks
- Identifying areas for continuous improvement across accounts payable processes

About you:

- You will have demonstrated experience in a similar role. Automotive dealership experience is desirable, though not essential
- You will have a high level of customer service, the ability to multitask and strong organisational skills
- You can demonstrate your ability to be flexible and adaptable
- You are able to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines, with mínimal data entry errors
- You can build strong working relationships with your team and you have an excellent attitude to teamwork
- You are a team player and are able to work autonomously
- You have strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
