**Description**:
We are looking for people who are eager to make a difference. The Administration Specialist role is a critical role providing administrative support to customers and internal teams to meet operational requirements of the business. The role is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience through processing customer requests and facilitating administration activities.
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Responding to customer requests in a timely manner
- Managing and updating customer accounts and records as required
- Facilitating mail processing
- Overseeing office support requirements and stationary ordering
- Identifying process improvement
- Other general duties such as concession rebate processing, meeting KPI (Key Performance Indicators) targets and demonstrating quality workplace practices
**What will you bring to the role?**
- Experience providing support to customers either face to face or via phone
- Drive to see customer matters through to solution and create a great customer experience
- Knowledge in Office 365 Products (Excel, Word, Teams)
- Experience using ticket management and CRM systems
- Experience in a billing and/or administration environment highly regarded but not mandatory
- A ‘Team player’ attitude
