**Your role in our future.**
The Diversity and Inclusion Consultant will work closely with the Manager Organisational Development and other members of the People and Culture team to create and implement strategies to ensure cultural safety and inclusion for Peter Mac’s diverse workforce.
The Diversity and Inclusion Consultant will contribute to key projects related (but not limited) to gender diversity, disability, LGBTQIA+ communities, cultural and linguistically diverse communities and reconciliation. This role will help us broaden the scope of the equity, diversity and inclusion agenda across Peter Mac and ensure an intersectional approach to the development of strategies and programs.
The Diversity and Inclusion Consultant will assist Peter Mac to achieve better employee experiences and create a sense of belonging at work.
Experience in the development and implementation of equity, diversity and inclusion initiatives across a large and complex organisation.
Demonstrated ability to undertake research and analyse information to identify trends and opportunities relating to equity, diversity and inclusion.
Demonstrated cultural humility and commitment to supporting culturally safe and equitable healthcare and experiences for all.
