**THE OPPORTUNITY**

An exciting opportunity has become available for an **Internal Sales Officer **based in our Qld head office at **Ormeau.**

This is a full-time opportunity, working Monday - Friday (8:30 am - 5:00 pm).

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Processing and entering orders & developing product knowledge
- Providing exceptional customer service with Trade customers
- Liaison with manufacturing and despatch teams, as well as field trade sales team members
- Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- Desirable - experience in the building or construction industry
- An eye for detail and order entry, with a sense of urgency to achieve results
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise and multitask
- Passionate about creating brand loyalty and customer relationships
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
