**About the role**

As a member of the Retail Call Centre & Sales team your role will include:

- Telephone sales (inbound)
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Keying orders and learning product knowledge
- Regular communication and interaction with store managers
- Liaison with Manufacturing and Despatch teams
- Work in our Home Improvement Stores

**The successful applicant will have the following skills and attributes**:

- Strong and stable record in phone or face to face customer service
- Strong customer focus with an eye for detail and a sense of urgency to achieve results
- Excellent data entry skills
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Availability to work alternate Saturdays
