**About Our Client**:
Rapidly growing ASX listed mining business based in Perth.

You will work with a great team of individuals who work together. and are passionate about the part they play in the organisation's continued growth and success.

Day to day duties involve:

- Proactive and responsive management of the COO's schedule
- Undertake appropriate screening and prioritising of internal and external demands such as telephone calls and meeting requests
- Secretarial support, including organising meetings, booking venues and catering, taking minutes and following up on actions
- Coordinate collation of monthly reports by executive team, and other relevant reformatting documents as required
- Develop and maintain effective office administration systems and procedures, identifying improvements where possible.
- Support the EA to the CEO as required with presentation documentation and other public relations activities.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Prior experience in a PA or Senior Administration role
- Previous experience supporting Senior Leaders
- High level of organisational and time management skills
- A team player who is happy to perform any administrative task as required
- Working in a small project environment means you must be someone who enjoys creating your own processes and procedures
