**The Opportunity**

**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

- Proven Skill in guiding, mentoring, and developing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to influence stakeholders and provide clear, well-considered advice.
- Proven ability to manage programs and projects efficiently, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

**Qualifications/Experience**
A degree in Engineering providing eligibility for membership as a Professional Engineer of the Institute of Engineers, Australia is required, or a Tertiary qualification in Planning.

**Special Conditions**

Some out of hours and weekend work, along with some intra/interstate travel requiring overnight stays, may be required.

**Remuneration**
PO4 - $110,696 to $120,470 pa + superannuation.
