Overview:

- The Principal Project Officer is primarily responsible for supporting the coordination, development, management and evaluation of the strategies under the remit of the Integrated Care Systems Directorate.
- The Principal Project Officer will provide support and guidance to other Project Officers in the Community Services and Partnerships Team in the development and implementation of strategies, initiatives and projects including Geriatric Care and the Geriatric Outreach Service.
- The Principal Project Officer will work with Local Health Networks (LHN) and other internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and support implementation of strategies and projects under the remit of the Integrated Care Systems Directorate and to monitor and report on achievement of identified outcomes and projected benefits.
- The Principal Project Officer will significantly contribute as an integral team member of the Integrated Care Systems Directorate of Department for Health and Wellbeing
