**Wellbeing Facilitator (Teacher) - 0.4 FTE - 12 month fixed term position**

Dandenong Ranges Steiner School is seeking a Wellbeing Facilitator who will work to build whole school capacity to improve mental health and wellbeing outcomes for students. It is offered initially as a fixed term positionfor 2025. The Wellbeing Facilitator provides support to staff to better identify and support children with mental health needs and also includes an active role in the school’s Child Safe program. ICT proficiency is essential and primary teaching qualifications and VIT registration are required.

The successful applicant will be a registered teacher and have a passion for education and a deep understanding of Steiner pedagogy and philosophy, with a particular interest and understanding in the therapeutic aspects of this form of education and child wellbeing. Training and experience in Steiner Education and Learning Support are essential.
