**The organisation**

Our client is one of the largest specialist medical colleges in both Australia and New Zealand. The college is responsible for training, assessing and setting standards for all specialist's physicians wishing to practice in Australia and New Zealand.

**The role**

Working in the education and research department and reporting to the Assessment Lead, you will be responsible for delivering administrative services in a timely manner that will cover the college cycle for examinations.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordination of resources in the examinations area of the Training Assessment Unit
- Liaising with assigned Examinations Subcommittees on exam related matters
- Support the streamlining of assessment activities
- Assist with preparation of discussion papers, action plans and recommendations.

**Skills and Experience**
- Ability to coordinate events in the examination life cycle
- Strong organisational skills, with ability to manage complex processes and systems
- Provide solutions in a timely manner
- High level of attention to detail.
