This Position is for a growing NDIS registered provider, who specialize in the care of people with disability. You will join a team of compassionate, empathetic people who focus on the welfare of their community. They are driven to deliver the best service among the industry and thrive to be number one. Be a part of something more than day to day office duties and go home feeling a sense of reward. Onsite parking available with regular office get together and lunches, work and be mentored by the founders directly. This role will start of small but has opportunity to triple by the end of the year.

**The Role**
- Minimum 12 months experience in similar role ( doesn't have to be from the industry)
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- The ability to communicate and relate to people at all levels
- Effective at multitasking and willingness to work collaboratively
- Works well under pressure
- Demonstrate time management skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work autonomously and think outside the box
- Initiative to identify opportunities for improvement in the administration tasks and database management
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong work ethic
- Accurate data entry
- Professional presentation with a positive high level of initiative and organizational attributes

**Salary**: $65,999.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- No weekends
- Shift work

Supplemental pay types:

- Annual bonus
