Multiple roles across in case management working under guidance to manage, progress and resolve Administrative Appeals Tribunals. The role will assess available information against legislative criteria and their policies to determine the most suitable way to conduct proceedings on behalf of the government body.

Participants not happy with their NDIA plan outcomes can request a review which goes to Internal Review Team. If they are not happy with the outcome, it gets escalated to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Team

**Role**:

- You will need to manage 40-50 cases at various stages
- Full time role
- Need to be able to work minimum of 3 days a week in office in Perth - preference to get support from colleagues as they are dealing with the most complex and often emotionally draining cases also they might need to attend the AAT for a hearing
- They prepare briefs for the NDIS's lawyers, deal with the participant's directly or their family/representative and work with multiple internal teams
- Make recommendations on risk minimisation

**Skills needed**:
**You will need a background in one of the following areas**:

- Complaint's handling
- Legal
- Insurance Claims management -Life, TPD etc
- Case Management
- Disability
- Ex NDIA personnel or from different teams - Internal Reviews, Payments etc
- Analysis and problem solving, investigation skills
