Assistant Case Manager- Location: Perth- Fixed Term Contract until end of Feb 2026
The opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join us at entry level support our Workers Comp Claims team. As a key member of the “engine room” of the business, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Case Managers to be able to provide the best experience for our customers.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Support our customers by acting as the key point of contact for stakeholders, including injured clients, general practitioners and other medical professionals- Respond to enquiries in an accurate, concise, and courteous manner ensuring that we are putting the customer at the heart of what we do to ensure an effective resolution- Assist Case Managers in the development of case management plans for clients that stipulate goals and activities.- Accurate & efficient data entry- Claims activities are completed accurately and within the agreed timeframe- Ensure set timeframes and compliance measures are adhered to with all legislative codes and company policies

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A customer-centric approach which sees you optimise outcomes for our customers- Developed time management skills- Proven ability to demonstrate resilience in managing challenging scenarios- A keen willingness to learn and proactively engage in a fast paced, dynamic team
