**About the company**:
A great opportunity for an experienced case manager to join a busy Federal government agency and demonstrate your case management and policy execution skills.

**About the role**:

- You will be undertaking end to end case management activities.
- You will be obtaining necessary information and advice to effectively solve AAT matters at early intervention.
- You will be preparing documents and attend Case Conferences, Conciliations and Hearings.
- You will be responsible for assessing risk to all parties and providing recommendations for solution.
- You will be preparing and maintaining electronic record keeping supporting decisions and outcomes.

**About you**:

- You will have strong experience in end-to-end case management.
- You will have previous experience in a legal setting and or/ with legislation.
- You will have strong experience in conciliations, tribunals, and hearings.
- You will have leadership experience.
- You will have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You will have the ability to conduct research and analysis.
- You will have strong interpersonal skills liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- You will have the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.

**Benefits**:

- ASAP start (pending Federal Police Clearance)
- 12-month casual temporary assignment.
- Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5.00pm.
- $60.26 per hour + Super.
- Perth CBD Location
