Seeking a motivated AP Officer for a full-function, end-to-end Accounts Payable role in the education industry.

**Duties**
- Process a of invoices, matching them with purchase order numbers
- Reconcile supplier and credit card statements
- Execute payment runs
- Resolve supplier queries through effective communication
- Manage supplier accounts via Netsuite
- Ensure timely payment of invoices
- Prepare month-end reports
- Support month-end activities with ad hoc duties

**The Person**
- Experience within Accounts Payable and strong administrative skills
- Able to work autonomously and also with the off shore team
- High attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
