Accounts Payable Officer role available now in Brisbane CBD - get started late November
**Your new company**:
This growing Queensland-based company that is a leader in their industry is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Accounts Payable Officer to join their high-performing team on a temporary basis for 3-months approx. Based in Brisbane CBD, the offices are easily accessible by various public transport options and located close to various cafés & restaurants.
**Your new role**:
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following:
- Matching invoices to purchase orders
- High volume invoice processing into the system
- Liaising with suppliers regarding accounts
- Preparing and processing payment runs
- Reconciling credit accounts and bank accounts
**What you’ll need to succeed**:
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:
- Experience in Accounts Payable, ideally within the commercial sector
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and be committed to providing excellent customer service
