**THE ROLE**
- Assist and support the accounts payable function and Finance team
- Assist the Financial Accountant and AP officer with monthly reporting
- Assist in preparation and reports for monthly payment runs
- Reconciliation - bank and credit card, supplier statements
- Assist in resolving supplier queries
- Assist in managing accounts mailbox
- Payment allocation

**THE PERSON**
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Accounts payable experience essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of Job Pac is ideal but not essential
- Exposure to property is ideal but not essential
- Must be 2x vaccinated
