**About our opportunity**:
Are you passionate about dairy processing and eager to lead a dynamic team? Look no further We have an opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Production Coordinator to join our industrial team in Rowville.

**Responsibilities include**:

- The transformation of raw materials into finished products in accordance with quality and cost parameters.
- Coordinate production operations on a shift basis, including troubleshooting and liaising with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with quality and hygiene protocols to guarantee and improve product quality.
- Ensure timely and accurate production confirmation data entry into SAP while identifying and investigate inconsistencies.
- Ensure raw and packaging material are available.
- Coordinate and motivate the processing team; providing guidance, coaching and feedback.
- Be a role model for working safely and promoting a safe working environment.

**About You**:

- Formal qualification in Engineering, Dairy Technology, Food Science or related field.
- Proven experience in dairy processing.
- Leadership skills and ability to drive results.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a face paced environment.
