**About our Opportunity**

As a Installation Coordinator and valued team member of our **Stegbar Rowville** branch, you will be the conduit between our customers, our manufacturing and our installation team in the field, this responsibility will have you coordinate the installation of our products. You will be apart of a professional and close knit team where customer service is at the forefront of every interaction. In this fast paced role, you will need to be confident with customer interactions, at times managing difficult conversations troubleshooting solutions with respect to installation issues and timings to improve the customer experience and to meet the requirements of the customer.

In addition, you'll:

- liaise with production in regards to the completion of products
- schedule installation dates in line with production dates and customer needs
- liaise with customers in regards to the delivery and installation of products
- coordinate day-to-day activities of installation contractors and glazing teams

**About you**

We’re looking for a team player who has the desire to contribute to a positive work environment, who is agile, methodical with highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt their communication style to the needs of the internal (installers) or external customers. You'll need to be pragmatic in your approach to providing quality customer service with capability in lateral thinking when resolving problems that arise. We're looking to leveraging your experience in customer service and administration where you have previously arranged appointments or time scheduling.

You will have:

- competency using MS Suite
- ability to quickly gain competency with our in-house CRM system
- high attention to detail and accuracy
- enthusiasm to work in a rapidly changing and challenging manufacturing environment
