As a Collections Consultant, you will manage a portfolio of clients and liaise with them over the phone regarding outstanding payments in order to reduce debts. Working in a contact centre environment, you will be responsible for building rapport and actively listening to your customer in order to identify their needs and tailor the best solution for them. Utilise your natural people skills, empathy and negotiation skills and enjoy being rewarded and recognised in this supportive and collaborative team environment

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Demonstrated experience working in a Collections role within a contact centre environment
- Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to empathise and understand customer needs
- Strong rapport building and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills and active listening
- A drive to succeed and a motivation to work towards KPIs and targets
- Ability to follow company policies and processes
