A leading collectables business now has a fantastic opportunity currently available for a Marketing Manager to join a thriving collectables business, that has stood the test of time, having been initially established back in 1932.

**The Role**:
Reporting to the CEO, the Marketing Manager has will be responsible for the Product Marketing & Creative team, which assess products and product gaps in the marketplace to support new product development and third-party product offers. This role will have key accountability for marketing planning which is event driven and based on demand, product availability, commercial opportunities, and B2C/B2B channel requirements. You will work cross functionally to support the wider business in the delivery of exceptional customer experiences to our national audience, plus build on both the reputation, and brand within the industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop a strong Product Marketing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences and drives business performance across both B2C and B2B channels
- Manage 3 x direct reports
- Work closely with the Business Management Team to support the development of the rolling three-year strategic forecast
- Contribute to New Product Development by providing market insights and understanding customer opportunities
- Analyse B2C markets on external and internal data to define customer segments, product ranging, and develop robust channel marketing plans
- Identify new market opportunities to generate further customer growth
- Manage metrics such as price positioning, forecasts, sell out analysis and ROI analysis
- Review and monitor product lifecycles, current stock levels, exit strategies, and trade agreements
- Contribute to maximising sales opportunities with the Sales Team by working with the Sales Manager on promotional activities
- Manage the Creative team to deliver appealing offers and engaging content
- Prepare the marketing calendar and maintain the marketing schedule to meet product launch dates, promotional events, and which deliver over and above our customer expectations
- Support online content and category management through effective planning and ongoing review of our website and online marketing assets
- Represent the business at occasional tradeshows, industry events
- Forecast activities, including cyclical review, in consultation with relevant stakeholders, and in line with strategic plans
- Manage activity costs, including collaboration with Product Development to deliver cost effective and profitable customer offerings

**Key Requirements**:

- Ideally you will have a passion for all things collectable You will thrive in developing commercial marketing opportunities to grow the customer base, and develop unique customer focused go-to market product marketing campaigns.
- The ability to lead a small team drive positive change amongst a range of key stakeholders within the business.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or related field
- In depth understanding within the collectables / coin industry and products / subscription programs
- Previous experience of SAP or other enterprise management program
- Team leadership experience in a product marketing role
- Be solutions-focused with a demonstrable track record of successful implementation of plans.
- Ability to inspire others to deliver required results
- Clear and collaborative communication style
- Experience developing and working within budgets
- Effective relationship development and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of both online and offline marketing strategies
