What’s the opportunity?
An opportunity has arisen for a Training and LMS Coordinator to join Inchcapes’ talent and development team in Norwest.
Reporting to the Head of Talent & Development, this role will support the Inchcape capability team with a primary focus on supporting the learning and development platforms and administration for our distribution brands, Subaru Australia and Peugeot Citroen Australia.
Further to the above, your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Coordinate the retail network’s learning delivery via management of the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Develop communications to support learning initiatives and drive engagement with learning programs across the network
- Review and manage training materials
- Manage content & filming of training videos as required
- Organise & coordinate training events as required
- Track engagement and usage of learning initiatives
- Ensure maintenance of all learner information in the respective LMS

**About you**:
**To be successful you will possess the following**:

- Experience in a similar role
- Experience in administering an LMS such as success factors
- Certificate IV in training and assessment - desirable not essential
- Experience in the automotive industry - desirable not essential
- Experience in franchise or distributer retail network environment
- A full drivers licence
