Join the DXC team and contribute to bringing DXC’s claims management expertise to icare and the people of New South Wales.

The L&D/Resource Onboarding Coordinator is a key member of the Business Operations team, responsible for facilitating the onboarding process and supporting Learning & Development initiatives.

This role ensures that new hires and existing employees receive the necessary training and resources to excel, contributing to a productive and engaging workplace at DXC.

**Responsibilities and duties**

**Onboarding Coordination**
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule orientation sessions and training programs.
- Maintain onboarding schedules and track progress to meet timelines.

**Learning & Development Support**
- Assist in the planning and coordination of training programs, both internal and external.
- Organize logistics for training sessions, including venue arrangements, materials preparation, and participant registration.
- Update and maintain training records within the learning management system (LMS).

**Administrative Support**
- Provide general administrative support to the L&D team, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings.

**Resource Management**
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of training materials, resources, and equipment.
- Ensure all training materials are up to date and accessible to employees.

**Reporting and Compliance**
- Compile and distribute reports on onboarding and training participation, completion rates, and feedback.
- Assist in contractual reporting requirements, ensuring compliance with ICF and other regulations.

**Collaboration and Communication**
- Liaise with third-party training providers to coordinate external training offerings.
- Foster strong relationships with various teams to understand their resource needs and training requirements.

**Other Duties**
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by DXC to enhance the onboarding and training functions.

**Required skills, experience and qualifications**

**Required Skills**:

- Strong experience in office administration and resource coordination.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

**Preferred Experience**
- Familiarity with DXC recruitment and onboarding processes, particularly in Workday.
- Previous experience in a similar role related to onboarding or training coordination.
