**About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Training and Engagement Coordinator in the Digital Team. Our training will range from instructor-led tutorials and workshops, labs and self-paced courses, which will be delivered in-person, online and hybrid across all our staff. This role will work with our SMEs to build the training programs and coordinating training for all systems, including Salesforce.

This position will be reporting to the Senior Project Manager and the main duties will include:

- Develop training strategies, training programs, plans and artefacts
- Manage the training logistics for the project
- Manage the Train-the-Trainer training plan
- Participate and contribute to the strategic planning process related to training, engagement and delivery activities
- Participate in project tasks to gain knowledge of the solution and processes
- Onboarding and delivery of training to all employees
- Develop training curriculum, using On Demand tool to deliver training content where practical
- Perform onsite training and virtual training programs
- Foster meaningful relationships and networks with all stakeholders

**About You**

To succeed you will be highly organised, thrive under pressure, be able to juggle multiple priorities and engage stakeholders across all levels of the organisation. In addition, you’ll have:

- Certificate IV in training and assessment or a related discipline or field
- Experience as a trainer for CRM systems (especially Salesforce) and in the creation of content and conduction of trainings or workshops as well as multiplication media (e.g., videos, tutorials)
- Relevant experience in supporting change management in a similar large-scale project environment
- Experience in designing and delivering learning and development initiatives using a range of methodologies and in line with a 70, 20, 10 approach
- Relevant experience supporting the development of needs analysis
- Demonstrated ability to implement operational plans, policies, procedures and initiatives
- High-level verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly in writing and in person to all levels of the organisation
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with face-to-face and remote work (e.g., usage of screen. sharing tools Microsoft teams / Zoom and moderation of virtual sessions).
- Demonstrated experience in the Disability, Aged or Community Care sector
