**About the Opportunity**
An opportunity is now available for an experienced Head of Group Reporting and FP&A to join our growing team in Seven Hills NSW 2147.

As Head of Group Reporting and FP&A you will have the opportunity to take ownership of the Group Consolidation process including consolidation systems selection. You will also lead the annual Group Budget process and perform regular re-forecasting throughout the year.

Your responsibilities in this role will include;
- Manage the delivery of all Group level Board and other internal reporting
- Identify business value drivers and ensure they are reported in a consistent manner
- Take full ownership of Group Budget processes along with regular re-forecasting throughout the year
- Provide M&A finance support to the Group CFO and the Head of Acquisitions including upfront modelling and back-end system and process integration
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
- Lead, manage and motivate the Group Reporting and FP&A Analyst to achieve team deliverables.

**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will possess;
- Previous Group Reporting and consolidation experience
- Ability to analyse results business value drivers and provide commercial business insights presented in a visual manner
- Strong systems background including new systems implementation and systems integration
- Group Budget and forecast experience
- M&A experience
- Experience with integrations of new acquisitions
- BI systems knowledge
- Strong communication skills - articulate & an excellent negotiator
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize various tasks to deliver required outcomes within tight deadlines
- A desire to develop a long standing career within Questas Group.
