**About the Opportunity**

We are rapidly expanding and keen to recruit a Marketing Content Creation Specialist that can create high-quality and engaging content to drive business success and expand our Group businesses’ digital presence.

We’re looking for someone who’s an avid storyteller with a natural talent for creating interesting content that resonates and engages - especially in Trade and Technical markets.

Our Marketing team is fun, friendly and very down-to-earth. We’d like to add a content champion to help bring key messages to our audience groups in an easy to understand and appealing way. We need someone who has advanced communication skills, is up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends and who can cut through with excellent quality text, photo, print, social and video content that really speaks to our markets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and manage a schedule and rich content calendar for several Questas Group companies
- Build audiences, grow subscriber and follower bases
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to produce content relevant to the Marketing Executive’s Questas Group companies
- Create, manage, analyse and report on multi-channel campaigns, content performance, social media posts, ads and campaigns (paid and organic) and ensure effective optimisation occurs
- Perform regular website reviews and review and implement SEO website recommendations (content reformatting, copy editing and rewriting, meta-data updates, cross-linking, etc)
- Create a Content Library for each of our Questas Group companies to ensure a constant funnel of content
- Other duties as directed by the Marketing Team, Head of Marketing and Leadership Team

**What we are looking for**
- Demonstrated Marketing Content Creation experience of 2+ years
- Strong understanding of how to build audiences
- Highly developed copywriting, written and verbal communication skills
- Experience writing engaging content (B2B or trade industry highly desirable)
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, video, 360 video, photo editing and digital media
- Education in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or relevant industry experience
