The Role

We are looking for an IT Support Analyst with a keen eye for impeccable user experience to join our team in Brisbane. The core purpose of the IT Support Analyst is to deliver exceptional IT end-user services to the business, delivering outstanding customer service by taking ownership of incidents, requests, and changes efficiently.

This role will play a key role in embedding IT initiatives to the region and supporting Aurecon hybrid Ways of Working.

Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.
- Hardware configuration & deployment - provisioning laptops and mobile devices using Windows Autopilot and SCCM
- Support MS Teams hybrid meetings, live events and video conference end points
- Deliver training sessions on Technology on offer to staff as required.
- Hardware Asset Management - Maintaining records of laptops, Tablets, mobile phones and other IT equipment.
- Build business relationships and service senior level management.

What we are looking for
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Project Management, Business, Finance or related field and experience working within in Information Technology is highly desirable.
- Experience in a similar IT support role using Microsoft Windows operating systems & Microsoft Office 365
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions.
- Ability to provide advice and delivery outcomes within a complex environment is highly desirable.
