**About the Role**:
Join Our Vibrant Team at the Healthcare Provider's Association in Melbourne

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Building relationships with new and existing customers.
- Responding to all customer enquiries across the different platforms and mediums.
- Utilising leads and turning them into opportunities for sales.
- Coordinating work effort with team members and other departments.
- Identifying opportunities for service improvements

**What We Look For**:

- Relevant experience in customer service and support with a high level of professionalism.
- High level of organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
