**Job Description**:
The O365 Jr. Systems Specialist does not have personnel responsibility, but is, together with the rest of the Digital Workplace team, responsible to engage with coworkers and TOMRA personnel to understand the business’s needs and find solutions that motivate them to utilize modern tools and ways of working.

Other responsibilities:

- Identify, monitor, and troubleshoot technical issues in Office 365, and work with Microsoft support when necessary (follow up on support tickets)
- Manage admin roles in Office 365 and Azure AD
- Manage dynamic access groups in Azure AD
- Create and configure SharePoint sites and Microsoft Teams
- Provide level II support for Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams
- Educate, advice, train, and support end users (level II support)
- Create and maintain user and technical documentation
- Maintain archive and deletion policies for mailboxes/Office 365 groups
- Perform content searches in Office 365
- Help manage “on premise” Exchange server, and the connection from that server to Exchange online
- Implement and maintain Business Voice for TOMRA
- Maintain technical skills and knowledge of market trends and competitive insights

**Qualifications**:
About you:

- 2 years’ relevant work experience
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
- Good overview of standard functionality in Office 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Delve, Power Automate, Stream, Planner, Power BI and the rest of the Office 365 family) and interested in learning new technologies
- Experience with PowerShell is ideal
- Experience with administration of Exchange, Office 365 groups and shared mailboxes
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Business Voice
- Open to flexible working hours
- Flexible to travel
