Trading Systems Specialist

We are seeking a Sydney or Melbourne based (min 1-2 years experience) Trading System Specialist to join this dynamic trading desk team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**MT4/MT5 Trading Systems Maintenance and Operation**:

- Manage and update configurations on the MetaQuotes package for MT4/MT5.
- Oversee all aspects of MT4/MT5 settings, including symbols, groups, and plugins (PAMM, MAM, Copytrades).
- Ensure the ongoing health, optimal performance, and security of MT4/MT5 servers.

**Bridge Administration**:

- Configure, maintain, and update settings on the OneZero Bridge.
- Establish and manage connections with Liquidity Providers, including effective mappings, execution, and reporting.

**Technical Support and Innovation**:

- Offer technical support and troubleshooting for system-related issues.
- Stay updated with technological advancements and propose enhancements to improve system efficiency.

**System Operation Documentation**:

- Provide training and support to more junior dealers.
- Draft, maintain, and update system operation manuals, outlining procedures and guidelines for managing the trading platforms.

**Additional Duties**:

- Perform other tasks as reasonably required by the Company, adapting to evolving business needs and priorities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in MT4/MT5 system management
- Understanding of financial markets and trading principles.
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and training skills, capable of effectively training junior staff.
- Commitment to high standards of performance and reliability.
