- Current Agent's Representative Certificate
- Valid Driver's License and Reliable Car
- High level of organisation, time management and attention to detail
- Impeccable presentation and communication skills
- Current police check
- Ability to work autonomously

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Assist the Property Management and Sales team with open for inspections
- Managing relationships with owners, agents, tenants & prospective tenants
- Collect contact details of attendees
- Collate a report of attendees
- Assist the Property Management team with ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections (during the week)
- Report directly to senior management team

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
