Field inspection to confirm contractor compliance with maintenance/scope of works

**Your new role**
As the Property Inspection Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring contractors comply with scope of works issued, required standards and BCA's.

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have extensive experience within the building industry ideally have a trade background, strong communication skills, contractor supervisory experience, accurate record keeping experience and an eye for detail.

**What you'll get in return**
This will initially be a 3 month assignment with a view to continual extention
