We operate like most other real estate agencies, except that we exclusively manage and sell Oaks Hotels & AVANI managed properties.

**Job Description**:
We currently have a rare and exciting opportunity for a professional Assistant Property Manager to join our friendly and successful MINT Residential team on a full time basis. This position will be required to work Tuesday - Saturday.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Conducting open homes and private appointments
- Preparing lease agreements
- Prepare advertisements for all rental properties
- Demonstrate available properties to prospective tenants
- Prepare entry inspection reports as required
- Using the Console cloud program and Inspect Real Estate
- Administration of leasing and property handovers

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and experience**:

- Current Real Estate Registration
- Minimum 1 years experience working within Real Estate
- Solid knowledge of property management procedures
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work as part of a team but also autonomously
- Excellent and professional communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
