The ICT Systems Owner - UKG Dimensions is an essential support role - being responsible for the support, operation and development of the UKG Dimensions Rostering and Time & Attendance system within the overall Goodstart technical environment. This leader will drive a customer-focused culture aligned to Goodstarts’ Foundations, by empowering and enabling the teams to deliver outstanding service and support to our stakeholders.

Goodstart is currently implementing Dimensions, so you will join the organisation at a critical time, with the ability to influence and support the system implementation before taking ownership of the system on an ongoing basis.

Goodstart is investing in Dimensions to help our centres with their labour management. This role is critical to a significant organisational initiative that will make a difference to our Centre Directors and Educators.

**Your Impact**:
Support the product strategy and roadmap - provide technical advice to the Product Manager and Vendor on product roadmaps, ensuring proposed developments balance the business and technical requirements of the business.
Support the management of the product backlog - consult with the Product Manager and the Vendor to identify the technical impacts of backlog items, estimate effort and complexity to implement. Assist the Product Manager with the prioritisation and scheduling of backlog items.
Implement changes and fixes - provide resources to conduct analysis of changes to determine the implementation activities required. Manage the implementation of these changes through the Solution Development Lifecycle
Manage Technical Change - Ensure all changes to the Dimensions performed by Goodstart are delivered in accordance with the Goodstart IT Change Management process.
Successful vendor partnerships - build and maintain a framework for collaboration around product issues and enhancements
Provide leadership to direct reports through setting clear goals, having honest conversations about progress and advocating for career growth
Centre Focused - Lead and drive a Centre obsessed culture

**You’ll bring to the table**:
Hold a degree qualification in either Technology / Business / relevant work experience
Experience implementing, configuring and supporting UKG Dimensions or Kronos Workforce Central
AGILE solution development certifications or experience are desirable
