**To be successful, you must**:

- Have completed a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childcare course
- Have prior experience in a leadership position
- Have a genuine love and passion for providing the best child care possible
- Have excellent communication skills with the children, parents and staff members
- Hold a valid WWCC and first aid Cert (or willing to obtain)
