**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Practice & NDIS Operations Manager to oversee the daily running of our medical centre while also managing and growing our NDIS service offerings. This is a leadership role combining operations, compliance, business development, and team coordination across both areas of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the medical practice
- Lead and support reception, admin, and clinical support teams
- Oversee NDIS services including support coordination and therapy
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Quality & Safeguarding standards
- Liaise with doctors, allied health professionals, support coordinators, and families
- Drive business growth and build community partnerships
- Monitor KPIs, revenue, and workflows to support business sustainability

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in practice management or health operations (NDIS knowledge highly regarded)
- Understanding of Medicare billing and NDIS processes
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Organised, solutions-focused, and confident with tech systems
- Experience with practice management software
- Tertiary qualifications (any field) are desirable but not essential
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential

Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour
