Physio Interactive is made up of the building blocks of reputable musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapists and Accredited Exercise Physiologists with a combined experience of over 30 years. Established in 2011, our vision has been to exceed our team and client’s expectations throughout their entire journey with us.
We are seeking a bubbly, experienced and professional Practice Manager to join our team in a full time permanent position. The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, presentable and an exceptional team player who is able to work efficiently, autonomously and think on their feet. Strong leadership and office management skills required, as well as superior technological skills with exceptional attention to detail.
**Responsibilities and Requirements**
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a practice management role
- Ultimate management and leadership responsibility for the administration and multidisciplinary team
- Employee contracts, performance, disciplinary matters and leave requirements, amongst other human resource functions
- Recruitment of other staff.
- Facilitate induction of new staff.
- Review of staff performance and appraisal.
- Supporting administration team
- Assist in managing patient complaints
- Organise meetings and take minutes
- Proven multi-tasking, prioritising, problem solving and time management skills
- Providing safe and healthy working environment
- Implement policies and procedures
- Analysing and interpreting financial and budgetary information to influence and improve business strategy
- Debt collection
- Knowledge of health/ medical terminology
- Advanced computer knowledge and skills
- Multiple Software experience an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong financial and budgetary knowledge
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy is necessary
- Have the ability to go above and beyond for our patients
- Have a proven history of excellent patient/customer rapport
- Provide compassionate patient care
- Demonstrated outstanding customer service skills, both in person and over the phone
**Desirable Criteria**
- Current CPR/First Aid
- Customer service experience
- Certificate III in Business Administration, desirable
- Diploma of Practice Management, desirable
- Preferred experience using Healthcare related software
- Proven achievements in all of the above
